FIRST TIME SET-UP
The Déesse PRO™ Express Light Therapy Maskuses a controller which contains a lithium-ion polymer battery. Before use, fully charge the device by inserting the USB-C cable into the controller. Then, insert the power supply in a suitable electrical outlet and switch on.
The three (3) LEDs in the controller will start to flash to indicate that it is charging. The battery is fully charged when all three indicator LEDS on the controller stay illuminated. This can take up to 6 hours. Each charge is sufficient for 20 treatments. The mask can not be operated while charging.
The lifetime of the battery of the mask can be maximised by allowing it to fully charge and then fully discharge during regular use.
SENSITISATION TEST
Before carrying out your first treatment you must carry out a sensitisation test. Follow the step by step guide:
a. Connect the Déesse PRO™ Express Light Therapy Mask to the controller
b. Place the mask over your inner arm
c. Switch ON the controller and allow the Déesse PRO™ Express Light Therapy Mask to run for its full 10-minute treatment program
d. If your skin feels HOT or uncomfortable at any time STOP using the device immediately
e. After the treatment wait at least 6 hours. If your skin on your inner arm is red or itchy then the LED mask is unsuitable for you.
WEARING THE DÉESSE PRO™ EXPRESS LIGHT THERAPY MASK
The mask comes with two adjustable Velcro straps that allow you to comfortably wear the mask. To fit the mask, thread the straps through the inlet holes on either side of the mask. Loop the straps around your head and secure firmly. Adjust if necessary.
CARRYING OUT A TREATMENT
a. Cleanse and exfoliate skin to remove any traces of skincare.
b. Place the Déesse PRO™ Express Light Therapy Maskdevice on the face, secure with the Velcro strap.
c. Connect the Déesse PRO™ Express Light Therapy Mask to the controller and switch on the controller. The device switches off after a ten-minute treatment time. You may stop the treatment at any time by pressing the ON/OFF button on the controller.
d. Remove the mask, apply your normal moisturiser and sunscreen.
e. Clean the mask using a water-based wipe or a damp, clean cloth. Ensure that the device is NOT being charged when cleaning.
f. For best results, treat for 3 – 5 times a week for 4 weeks.

What does the treatment mode do?The Déesse PRO™ Express Light Therapy Mask has 1 treatment mode that emits light in the Red and Near-infrared region of the light spectrum and treats the visible signs of ageing such as facial wrinkles and photoaging.
How many treatments are required? The number of treatments required for optimum results is subject to a number of factors including indications and severity, age and lifestyle.
For the treatment of full face wrinkles the best results are seen after treating for 5 days a week for 6 weeks. Maintenance treatment should be carried out as required, according to lifestyle and skin condition. DO NOT over treat using the mask. There is no additional benefit of exceeding the treatment time or treatment frequency.
Is the treatment painful? The Déesse PRO™ Express Light Therapy Mask is a relaxing treatment with evidenced wellbeing effects. LED light therapy is painless and non-invasive when used as intended. The treatment dos not generate heat but a feeling of natural warmth is common due to the increase in blood circulation.
